Meet Jesper Vollmer

Jesper Vollmer (Denmark) is a Danish chef, cookbook author, owner of Denmark’s largest online cooking school klubvollmer.dk as well as the company RÅ. In addition to this, Jesper is designer of kitchen equipment, lecturer, keen amateur MTB-rider, ice swimmer and much more.

Jesper is former chef at the Danish Royal house, just as he has participated in several – mainly – food programs on Danish TV.

Now Jesper is in search of new adventures. He is going to take the Hero Camper around Denmark making some delicious food in the integrated kitchen.
