Feel the freedom

We want you to have the best possible experience when renting a HeroCamper. Therefore, we help you get started by packing extra equipment in the camper, so you can save on packing. Read more about what you will find in the camper, how many people it can accommodate, and what you need to remember to pack yourself.

How many people can it accommodate?

The HeroCamper can accommodate anywhere from 1 to 7 people. The Skybox, Peak XXL, is mounted on all rental campers, making the HeroCamper extra spacious.

This means it is suitable for solo travelers, couples, families of various sizes, and groups of friends.

Get organized with the practicalities

What about all the other practicalities – can your car even tow a HeroCamper, and where do you pick it up? What should you do when you’re finished with it? And where can you go? Read all about it right here.

Practical info for the vehicle

The HeroCamper is easy to maneuver compared to other campers and can be towed by almost any vehicle – even electric cars.

In general, you do not need a trailer license to tow a HeroCamper, but be sure that the combined weight of the car and camper aligns with your driving license.

  • Height: 2.3M (excluding rooftent)
  • Width: 2.3M (including wheels)
  • Weight: 1,000-1,200KG

Where can I go?

You've probably seen pictures of a HeroCamper out in the middle of nowhere. By a lonely lake, up on a grassy dune looking out at the ocean, or on some dusty mountain trail. That's where HeroCamper really shines. But how do you even find those hidden spots that aren't already overrun with tourists?

HeroCamper is working with a bunch of networks that let you park your camper on their land for free and without getting hassled. You just need a membership to get access. Think places like Pintrip in Denmark, Landvergnügen and Alpaca in Germany, and Home Campspace in BeNeLux, France and other European countries.

Get out there and have an awesome time, park off the beaten path, and grab some local goodies along the way!
