Payment
HeroCamper accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, ApplePay.
All prices on the website exclude VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Europe – Euros (EUR) excl. VAT
HeroCamper uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
HeroCamper’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Payment physical item: Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
Payment book a Hero Camper: Payment for rental period incl. deposit of EUR 336 will be withdrawed from your account when you make a booking and have received the order confirmation. The deposit is refunded no later than 10 working days after the return of the rented Hero Camper.
Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 hverdage. However, the delivery time for a Hero Camper is 2-3 weeks, and you collect the Hero Camper yourself.
HeroCamper uses Afhentning, GLS – Privat, GLS – Pakkeshop, Danske Fragtmænd for shipment of your ordered items.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.
You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
HeroCamper offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om sales@herocamper.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to HeroCamper to evaluate the item’s condition.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to HeroCamper in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually. HeroCamper covers return costs to a reasonable extent. When returning, please contact us at:

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
RENTAL CONDITIONS BOOK A HERO CAMPER
Payment: Payment for rental period incl. deposit of EUR 336 will be withdrawed from your account when you make a booking and have received the order confirmation. The deposit is refunded no later than 10 working days after the return of the rented Hero Camper.
Rental period: A Hero Camper is open for rental in the period 1 February. 2022 – 20 Dec. 2024. The rental period must be a minimum of 2 days.
Delivery & delivery: It is only possible to collect and deliver the rented Hero Camper on weekdays between 9:00-14:00 at HeroCamper at the address Lammefjordsvej 5, 6715 Esbjerg N, Denmark. In the event of delayed or non-existent return, the tenant is obliged to pay rent for the period of time the delay amounts to EUR 120 per started new day.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the lease comes into effect, the deposit and 75% of the full rental amount will be refunded. If cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before the tenancy takes effect, the deposit and 50% of the full rental amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation later than 14 days before the tenancy comes into effect, no rental amount will be refunded, however the full deposit will be refunded.
Cleaning: Final cleaning is included in the price, but the Hero Camper must be left in a clean condition.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with HeroCamper, we need the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with HeroCamper, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.
The director and employees for HeroCamper have access to the information recorded about you.
The data manager in HeroCamper is: HeroCamper.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with HeroCamper, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact sales@herocamper.com .
